Your role as Solution Consultant
WorkJam Digital Workplace Solution Consultants engage in various pre-sales activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team. In addition, Digital Workplace Solution Consultants engage with existing customers to help optimize their solution set by ensuring they are adopting the latest advancements in technology and product capabilities.
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to be enthusiastic about the future of WorkJam and the latest developments in collaborative Digital Workplace solutions. Our employees and customers are passionate about Employee Engagement, Productivity and the Digital Workplace, and you should be too.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with sales team during the prospect needs analysis to uncover critical business issues.
- Partner with the Sales Team in providing Request for Information (RFI/RFP) responses to prospects.
- Build and deliver solution presentations of the WorkJam Digital Workplace based on the prospects critical business issues.
- Provide prompt follow up on any outstanding questions discovered during the prospect presentation.
- Build and cultivate relationships with prospects and customers.
- Provide product expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate as needed with Product, Services and Marketing teams.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in HCM, WFM, LMS, collaboration, or task software or equivalent experience as a practitioner
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to a C-Level audience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be willing and able to travel travel within EMEA and internationally.
