Your role as Solution Marketing Specialist:

We’re seeking a performance-driven and creative Solution Marketing Specialist to lead community-led demand generation initiatives for WorkJam’s continued growth in the mid-market (SME) segment. This role is ideal for a digital-first marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS and deep expertise in community engagement, content repurposing, and paid media—especially across Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums, and review platforms like G2.

 

As a key contributor to the global demand generation team, you will design and execute high-impact campaigns that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers where they already learn and engage. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and the digital team to localize content, generate demand, and drive qualified pipeline for our SME business.

 

 

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities; share content, answer questions, spark engagement.
  • Content Creation & Localisation: Create new content with relevance to SME buyers; adapt global content (blogs, videos, carousels) to APAC context.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the SME segment.
  • SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content that supports organic growth and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics; share insights with the global demand team.
  • Review Platform Management: Oversee WorkJam’s presence on G2 and other review platforms; drive review collection to maintain strong ratings.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work regularly with the APAC sales and business development team for lead transfer, qualification, and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize the SME customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Persona Development: Refine and maintain detailed buyer personas for SME decision-makers.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the regional paid media budget, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and nurture SME customers for case studies and testimonials.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in marketing or digital strategy is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, with ability to scale globally.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline through Reddit, LinkedIn, reviews sites, and niche online communities.
  • Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, memes, and carousel formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Digital teams and to work independently with a team in North America.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a full stack of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, Canva, and Figma
